High level of theft at the company. Absence of a pass-through management, production process and warehouse accounting system.
Tasks:
- To minimize theft by implementation of automated control functions.
- Building up transparent management, production process and warehouse accounting.
Work Carried out by AFB:
- Creation of management accounting procedures that allow to improve manageability of business and to minimize theft within the company.
- Implementation of automated company management system based on 1C: Production Enterprise Management 8. Relevant companies (system integrators) have been engaged to carry out engineering operations.
The Result:
- The system has been put into trial operation.
- Management accounting and transparent financial reporting allowed to identify cases of and causes for bad faith management at the company.
- Dishonest employees in Logistics, Operations and Procurement Departments have been dismissed or resigned.
- The level of losses and shortfalls has been decreased by 50% as compared to the last year.
