Major Challenges the Business Faces:

The specifics of the Company’s business entail high risks that the Company will be jeopardized by bad faith counterparties and employees. Precise understanding of partners’ reputation, i.e. their current status and their conduct in the past significantly reduces the risk of financial losses.

The Company has its own Security Department. However, it was common practice to outsource business partner due diligence to a designated company that has extensive expertise and technologies.

Tasks:

  1. Due Diligence of partners.

Work Carried out by AFB:

  1. Drawing up reputation profiles on all key company’s counterparties;
  2. Drawing up reputation profiles on all employees and job candidates;
  3. Outsourcing of a Due Diligence function on a permanent basis.

The Result:

  • Taking conscious decision on selection of the company’s counterparties;
  • Reducing the level of risk of bad faith counterparty selection by 50% as compared to the last year (on the basis of the internal company’s methodology);
  • Reducing the level of risk of bad faith employee hiring by 20% as compared to the last year (on the basis of the internal company’s methodology).
